When are you open?
We are open for pick-up or delivery Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday through Saturday from 12 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. We are closed on Wednesday and Sunday.
What type of events do you cater?
We can cater small birthday parties at your home, after-hours events at your office, weddings, celebrations of life, religious holidays, and everything in between.
How many guests can you cater for?
We can accommodate up to 250 guests. We require 72 hours’ notice for events with fewer than 125 guests and 7 days’ notice for events with 125+ guests. If accepted, events not following this timeframe will be issued an expedited fee of 15% – 25%.
How does the billing process work?
We require a 50% down payment to secure your order, with the remaining 50% paid before your event. All events are finalized with an itemized invoice and client contract. We accept Zelle®, debit cards, credit cards*, and checks.
How much does it cost?
Our pricing for catering services varies depending on the size of event, menu, location, and other factors. Typically, it ranges from $11 to $35+ per person. We work with most budgets and provide free estimates for all inquiries.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, all of our cancellation and refund policies are outlined in our client contracts.
