Divinely Pulled Pork
There’s nothing quite like a perfectly smoked pork butt — juicy, tender, and infused with rich, smoky flavor. By using our GOOD AZ AP and Hot Hunnie Rubs, this is the only pulled pork recipe you’ll ever need. This is the most foolproof method for fall-apart meat. Fire up your smoker, grab your favorite drink, and let’s make something GOOD!
Ingredients:
1 x 10lb bone-in pork shoulder
2 TBSP x Yellow Mustard
1 TBSP x GOOD AP Rub
4 TBSP x Hot Hunnie Rub
5-8oz x Apple Juice
Instructions
1. Score pork butt on the fat side in a 1-inch x 1-inch pattern on the fat cap.
2. Bind with any mustard, and season with GOOD AP Rub and Hot Hunnie.
3. Place on tray and season overnight in fridge.
4. Straight from the fridge, smoke on a wire rack, fat side up at 250F until 170-175F internal.
5. Once there, place in an aluminum tray with 5-8oz of apple juice and cover tightly in foil.
6. Take off when 205F internal.
7. For best results, rest for 120-180 minutes in a cooler or on your counter covered in towels for 90 minutes.
8. Pull and enjoy.
