Meats are sold by the pound | half pound. Ribs are sold by the slab | half slab.
Our pork butts are seasoned overnight and then smoked for 10 hours.
Prepared the same way as our signature ribs, except it's just the tips.
Our signature St. Louis style pork spareribs. These ribs are smoked low and slow and glazed in a tangy BBQ sauce. One slab weighs between 3-4lbs (approximately 12 ribs).

Full sized chicken wings with a crisp and tangy BBQ finish. These wings pack a mouthwatering punch and are smoked for several hours. 3 full wings per serving.
A half chicken glazed in tangy bbq sauce.
A whole BBQ flavored bird spatchcocked for convenience. Our whole chickens weigh between 4-6 lbs and serves 5-8 people. Extra sauce is available upon request.

Our briskets are smoked for 18 hours and they definitely pass the limp test. Be ready for that classic beef flavor and mouthwatering natural juices in every bite.

Glazed BBQ hot links topped with billionaire’s bacon, relish, and green onion. Served on a white bun. This is classic Americana, with a little twist.
A ground chuck patty served on a toasted white or wheat bun paired with bacon, bbq sauce, onion slices, crispy jalapeños, mayo, fresh tomato, and lettuce. Toppings can be removed as desired. American cheese can be added.
Pulled pork stacked high on a toasted white bun. Topped with fiery sweet pickles. BBQ sauce is served on the side.
A mountain of crinkle cut fries, Dino-nuggets, coleslaw, and Divinely Pulled Pork. This feast is topped with BBQ sauce and sprinkled with green onions. Feeds 2 people. No cornbread added.
