Each pork butt is seasoned overnight in our Hot Hunnie rub and then smoked for 8-10 hours. This is our most popular item.
Made entirely in-house using 100% organic casings and a blend of fiery-seasoned pork and brisket, these jalapeño cheddar bangers are sure to snap (literally). This three-day process requires time, so please order accordingly. Cheese can be omitted.
Our signature St. Louis-style ribs are smoked low, slow, and glazed for a sweet sticky bite. One slab = approximately 12 ribs.
Our spareribs are seasoned with our AP rub and a light sprinkle of our BBQ rub. One slab = approximately 14 ribs.

Our choice-grade whole-packer briskets are smoked for about 14 hours and seasoned with our Brisket Blend. To ensure a juicy and tender bite, our briskets are unsliced. However, they can be sliced or chopped if requested. 5lbs minimum.
