Meats are sold by the pound. Ribs are sold by the slab.
Our pork butts are seasoned overnight in our Hot Hunnie rub and then smoked for 8-10 hours.
Prepared the same way as our signature ribs, except it's just the tips.
Our signature St. Louis-style pork spareribs. These ribs are smoked low, slow, and glazed in tangy BBQ sauce. One slab = approximately 12 ribs.

Our briskets are smoked for 15 hours, and boy, do they pass the limp test. Be ready for what many call "the best bite in barbecue."
Our wings and leg quarters are not broken down. Available flavors: Classic bbq, lemon pepper, hot honey, salt and pepper.
